S Narayan the flamboyant film maker with utmost discipline is launching his 46th directorial venture on 2nd March 2012. The film titled as ‘CHOWDAIAH’ stars Ambarish the pride of Kannada cinema. The muhurut is fixed at Ambarish residence at 6.40 am and media address will be via introduction of the ‘Danashoora Karna ‘ Ambarish in the ‘Chowdaiah’ get up.

I have been making the script for this ‘Chowdaiah’ since one year and there is no reference to ‘Violin’ of highly respected grandfather of Ambarish ‘Pitilu Chowdaiah’. The film will not be ‘violent’ too says S Narayan who has always ‘No’ for indiscipline. Ambarish plays the role of ‘Manavathavadhi’. The significance of humanity is very important in this world today. It is only person like Ambarish can deliver such things says S Narayan and it unarguable.

• ‘CHOWDAIHA’ is launching on March 2 and releasing on 60th birthday of Ambariah on May 29, 2012. Ambarish is decking up with new costume.  The film has got nothing to do with ‘Pitilu Chowdaiah’ profession.

• On March 2, 2012 – re-recording for S Narayan ‘Appayya’ is starting and ‘Munjane’ starring Golden star Ganesh and Manjari Phadnis in home banner film of S Narayan is releasing all over Karnataka. To this effect S Narayan is conducting a media briefing on 18th of February at 5 pm.

• S Narayan 50th film is slated to start in 2014. It will be on a wider range and sometime in the beginning my 50th direction will be announced.

• S Narayan has recently started a column on Dr B Saroja Devi in famous ‘Aragini’ weekly film tabloid of T Venkatesh. He has written the life sketch on Dr Rajakumar, Smt Parvathamma Rajakumar, Dr Vishnuvardhana, Dwarakish and Ambarish life sketch is still continuing.
